Embodied Acupoint Integration

Embodied Acupoint Integration (EAI) is Soul Roots' unique approach that brings together principles from Somatic Acupoint Technique (SAT), Embodied Processing (EP), and somatic-based practices into one integrated framework.

Drawing from the field of energy psychology, EAI works with the body's meridian system through gentle acupoint stimulation while combining somatic enquiry, felt sense awareness, nervous system regulation, and capacity building.

Rather than following a fixed protocol or scripted process, EAI allows the body to lead. Through compassionate curiosity and embodied awareness, we follow what is present in your nervous system in the moment, creating space to safely explore sensations, emotions, beliefs, and patterns held within the body.

What makes Embodied Accupoint Integration different is that the focus is not simply on symptom reduction or emotional release. Equal importance is placed on building awareness, creating safety, expanding capacity, and developing a deeper relationship with your internal experience. Accupoint stimulation becomes one supportive tool within a broader embodied process.

At Soul Roots, EAI serves as the connective thread that weaves through the work. By integrating elements of SAT, Embodied Processing, and other whole-person approaches, each session is tailored to your unique needs, allowing healing, insight, and integration to unfold at a pace that honours your body and nervous system.

We specialise in psychological nutrition, understanding that what you eat and absorb directly affects your brain, nervous system, and emotional wellbeing. Through personalised assessment, including hair mineral testing and lifestyle review, we identify nutrient gaps, imbalances, or toxic load that may affect mood, focus, and emotional regulation. Then, we guide you in nourishing your body in ways that support mental clarity, calm, and overall resilience.

FUNCTIONAL MEDITATION

Functional meditation at Soulroots Therapy is a guided, body-led practice designed to help you gently reconnect with yourself beyond the noise of the mind.
