RENEW WITHIN RETREAT
“A sacred pause to return to your body, renew your mind, and root into God’s grace.”
You were never meant to carry it all alone
This sacred afternoon is for the woman who is weary from striving, burdened by old beliefs, and longing to feel safe in her body, in her story, and in her faith.
If you’ve been holding it all together, but feel frayed on the inside…
If you’ve forgotten what it feels like to rest without guilt…
If you’re seeking a deeper connection with yourself and with God…
Then this retreat is a soft place to land and rise again.
WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR ?
Christian women navigating burnout, stress, or overwhelm
Women who want to explore their emotions through faith, body, and Spirit
Those feeling disconnected from their worth, identity, or God’s presence
Anyone ready to let go of limiting beliefs and replace them with God’s truth
Women who crave gentle, embodied practices in a safe, faith-filled space
Whether you're a mum, mentor, carer, or quietly carrying a load no one else sees you're welcome here

Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.
TLT ROMANS 12:2
THE WHY
This verse is the heartbeat of our retreat.
We live in a world that pulls us in many direction toward perfectionism, pressure, fear, and distraction.
But God gently invites us to come away… to slow down, and to be transformed.
Renewing the mind is not a one-time fix it’s a sacred, ongoing process. A chance to observe the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns we’ve inherited or absorbed, and to gently ask:
“Is this from God?”
It’s in this space of stillness that transformation begins
Not through striving, but through surrender.
Not by fixing ourselves, but by letting truth take root.
In this Christ-centred retreat day, you’ll be gently guided to:
Release what no longer serves
Remember who you are in Christ
Rebuild from a place of safety, compassion, and embodied faith
This is your time to realign your heart and mind with God’s truth and return to the woman He created you to be.
THE WHY
"Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause to be still, to listen, and to let God remind us who we truly are."
Hi, I’m Deb a woman of faith, a mother, and the heart behind Soulroots Therapy.
I created this retreat because I know what it’s like to hunger for a deeper connection with God while feeling weighed down by past experiences, limiting beliefs, or simply the noise of everyday life.
For years, I searched for wholeness in pieces until I learned to listen to my body, renew my mind, and root myself in God’s truth.
As a certified Root Cause Therapy and Embodied Processing facilitator, I work with women who long to break free from old patterns and step into a life of emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and spiritual renewal.
My approach blends somatic healing with biblical truth because I believe God designed us as whole beings: body, mind, and spirit.
Through Soulroots Therapy, I offer a space where women can be seen, heard, and gently guided back to the One who brings true healing.
This retreat is not about perfection it's about returning to the quiet voice within and remembering who you are in Christ.
You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honoured to journey with you.

It’s designed for any Christian woman who believes that Jesus is the Son of God and that He rose to life. Whether you attend church regularly or worship quietly in your own space, this retreat is a space for you.
It’s about creating time to explore your personal relationship with God, connect with other women of faith, and gently uncover what might be holding you back from drawing closer to Him. You’ll learn practical tools for reflection, emotional healing, and spiritual growth so you can deepen your walk with Christ in a way that feels grounded and personal.
-
We’re intentionally keeping this retreat small and intimate, with space for no more than 10 women.
This allows us to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and held. It’s important to us that this feels like a space for genuine connection
“Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong.”
