This session is a gentle, guided space focused on settling the nervous system and cultivating inner awareness using the R.A.I.N. framework (Recognise, Allow, Investigate, Nurture).

There is nothing to achieve or fix — you are invited to simply arrive as you are and be supported in slowing down, softening, and listening inwardly.

To support your experience, please prepare:

  • Switch your phone to silent or off

  • Have a glass of water nearby

  • A mat, bed, chair, or comfortable space to lie down or sit

  • Warm layers or a blanket if needed

  • A quiet space where you can be free from interruptions

You are welcome to rest, sit, or adjust your position at any time. This practice is about kindness, safety, and creating space within — allowing the body and mind to settle naturally.
