This gentle, guided session is focused on reconnecting with the body as a place of safety, support, and information. Through slow awareness and compassionate attention, we explore how safety can be experienced within, rather than something we must seek outside ourselves.

There is nothing to force, change, or relive. You are always in choice, and you are welcome to move, rest, or pause at any time.

To support your experience, please prepare:

  • Switch your phone to silent or off

  • Have a glass of water nearby

  • A mat, bed, chair, or comfortable space to sit or lie down

  • Warm layers or a blanket if helpful

  • A quiet space free from distractions

This practice gently supports nervous system regulation by helping the body recognise cues of safety and steadiness. You are invited to listen to your body’s language with kindness, curiosity, and respect.
