HI It’s Deb & Matt

We’re a husband and wife team brought together by a shared love of food and a journey shaped by food intolerances and parenting. Our story began in 2010 when we welcomed our first three beautiful children, each later diagnosed with ASD. Determined to support their needs, we invested in a Thermomix and began creating nourishing meals tailored to their dietary requirements.

What started as a necessity quickly became a passion. Over the past 15+ years, we’ve grown into advocates for low-tox living, sustainable choices, and budget-friendly nutrition. We've shared countless recipes, tips, and inspiration with others walking similar paths. Recently, I became a certified Nutrition Coach, specialising in supporting individuals and families through food-based solutions.

Together, we mix love, experience, and practicality because every family deserves food that heals, connects, and empowers.
