The Intuitive Wellness Package is a space to quiet the noise, slow down, and learn to listen deeply to what your body, mind, and spirit are trying to tell you.

Whether you’re experiencing physical symptoms like fatigue, tension, or digestive issues or emotional imprints like anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck, your body is always communicating. You may just need the tools, space, and guidance to understand its language.

This isn’t about following a one-size-fits-all protocol or outsourcing your wellness to someone else.

This is about becoming the expert of you, through intuitive tools, somatic therapy, frequency analysis, and gentle, personalised support that guides you back to your centre.

  • Full intake and body–mind mapping

  • Identification of limiting beliefs and stuck emotional codes

  • You’ll receive your first personalised protocol (frequency remedy + nutritional/emotional support)

Session 2: Somatic Resourcing & Emotional Safety

  • Somatic practices to gently connect with your body

  • Learning to “see within” and access a felt sense of safety

  • Remote frequency scan for updated insights + second protocol

  • Begin to release surface-level tension and stored emotion

Session 3: Continued Nervous System Support

  • Reinforcing somatic safety tools and emotional processing

  • Review of any emerging emotional or physical signals

  • New frequency remedy and nutritional fine-tuning

  • Practical tools for building regulation into your daily life

Session 4 & 5: Deep Inner Enquiry

  • We move deeper into subconscious patterning and emotional terrain

  • Gentle, body-led enquiry to connect with root causes of dysregulation

  • Emotional processing with compassion and integration support

  • Continued frequency and nutritional support tailored to changes in the body

Sessions 6–8 (if selected): Embodied Integration

  • Extended time to deepen your enquiry and support gentle, lasting change

  • These sessions are ideal for those who have felt numb, disconnected, or afraid to feel

  • We work with stored trauma, identity shifts, fatigue, hormonal balance, ancestral imprints

  • Healing is paced slowly no rushing, only compassionate attunement to where you are
