Held in His Goodness

A 2-Hour Online Christian Women’s Retreat to Reconnect with God, Release Striving & Deepen Safety in Chris

A sacred space for Christian women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, weary, or longing to feel closer to God again.

You love God… but life feels loud.

The mental load. The busyness. The pressure. The expectations. The constant doing.

Sometimes, without even realising it, we can begin to feel distant from God not because we do not love Him, but because life has felt heavy, overwhelming, or we no longer know how to slow down enough to hear His voice.

Maybe you have felt:

  • Spiritually disconnected or emotionally exhausted

  • Like you are trying to “do faith right” but still feel not enough

  • Overwhelmed by responsibilities, motherhood, caring, work, or life pressures

  • Stuck in striving, fear, self-doubt, or old patterns

  • Longing to reconnect with yourself and with God in a deeper way

If this feels like you, this retreat was created with you in mind.

Held in His Goodness is a gentle, Christ-centred online retreat designed to help women slow down, reconnect, and deepen their felt sense of safety, compassion, and connection in God’s presence.

This is not about trying harder. This is not about having perfect faith. This is not another Bible study where you leave with more information.

This is an invitation to simply come as you are.

To soften. To be held. To remember the goodness of God.

What We’ll Explore Together

The Goodness of God Embodied Meditation

A deeply reflective guided meditation centred around Goodness of God, helping you reconnect with God’s presence through gentle awareness, reflection, movement, and stillness.

Body Awareness & Beliefs

Together we will gently explore the beliefs, pressures, and emotional burdens that may be keeping you stuck in striving, fear, overwhelm, shame, or disconnection.

You will begin noticing:

  • What beliefs may be surfacing

  • Where emotions or tension may be residing in the body

  • How to respond with greater compassion rather than criticism

SAT Exploration Through The Lord’s Prayer

Through a gentle, Christ-centred SAT (Somatic & Self-Awareness Transformation) process inspired by The Lord’s Prayer, you will be guided through a reflective experience of noticing what is present within.

Using scripture as a gentle anchor, we will explore themes of:

Awareness — noticing what is present with honesty and curiosity

Compassion — holding ourselves gently in God’s love and grace

Surrender — releasing what we were never meant to carry alone

Integration — anchoring into truth, safety, and the goodness of God

This is not about being told what to believe.

Rather, you will be gently guided into your own prayerful reflection, self-enquiry, and personal connection with God through scripture, noticing what arises within and allowing space for God to meet you there

Space to Pause & Listen

There will be moments of stillness, reflection, journaling, prayer, and quiet space to simply be in God’s presence. There will be moments of stillness, reflection, journaling, prayer, and quiet space to simply be in God’s presence.
