A 60–75 min live, guided session – gentle, reflective, and beginner-friendly

A deeper, embodied encounter with scripture – connect with your favorite passage through presence, not just thought

Somatic anchoring techniques – explore where the Word lives in your body and how to hold onto it during life’s storms

Sacred listening & body awareness – notice images, sensations, and emotions that arise when engaging with scripture

Optional journaling prompts and take-home reflections – to continue the practice beyond the session

A safe space to slow down and be held – by the Word, the Spirit, and your own body’s wisdom
