Hi, I’m Deb! My journey with Thermomix began in 2010, when I had three little ones under three and a deep desire to nourish my family in the best way possible.

What started as a necessity—navigating food allergies, gut health, and our autism journey—soon became a passion that has shaped our lives for the past 15 years. I believe that food has the power to heal, to connect, and to transform.

Through Thoughtful Pantry, I’m dedicated to helping others embrace a more sustainable, adaptable, and nourishing way of cooking. As a certified psychiatric nutrition coach, somatic therapist, and naturopathy student, I see the Thermomix not just as a kitchen tool, but as a gateway to wellness, empowerment, and lasting change.
