Who It’s For?

This journey is designed for those who are already familiar with body-based practices and are ready to go deeper.

You’ll get the most out of this offering if:

  • You’ve completed our Somatic Foundations package or have done similar somatic or nervous system work

  • You feel disconnected from your body or your emotions

  • You’re highly sensitive and often carry the emotional weight of others

  • You’ve done talk therapy, but something still feels stuck — like your body holds a story your mind can’t explain

  • You want to explore healing in a grounded, embodied way — without spiritual bypassing or overwhelm

  • You crave tools and practices that bring real inner connection, safety, and self-awareness

If you’re newer to somatic work, we recommend starting with Somatic Foundations, where we gently introduce you to the language of your body, and build safety from the inside out.

SESSIONS UNFOLDED

  • Gently building inner anchors through breath, movement, and awareness. You’ll begin mapping your body’s sense of safety and develop practices to ground and settle the nervous system.

  • We explore sensations and begin to trace their origins. What are these feelings holding? What beliefs or stories live beneath the discomfort? This session creates space to feel without overwhelm.

  • With growing awareness, we meet the parts that carry hurt, shame, or resistance. This is where we begin to witness without judgment, exploring how identity, patterns, and old beliefs shape your inner world.

  • This session offers sacred space to hold what hurts with compassion. Through somatic witnessing and gentle practices, we learn to stay with and soften into what we once pushed away.

  • Now we reflect. We deepen somatic resources and map how to integrate your awareness into daily life. Together, we name practices that nourish you, support resilience, and embody your inner return.
